Olivia is a big, fleshy and very quiet cow. She is mother to a number of large, good and confident calves. Olivia has a very nice thick yellow coat in winter and in early spring she throws her coat and is almost as shorthaired as a dairy cow. Only forehead hair reveals that she is a Highland Cattle. Olivia gives a lot of milk, which can be seen on her calves gain.
