Tove is a big, long and dark yellow cow. She has the mildest temperament posible and is completely tame. She always allows us to touch her new-born calves. She is a very typical breed with broad nose and long, beautiful horns, a cow who always performs well at shows. She is full sister to Ofelia and was originally purchased to make company to Ofelias calf Theodora, when they were about 7 months old. Both are born in late summer and would both have grown up without friends at the same age. Today, the two remain very close friends and miss each other whenever we separates them. Yhis year Tove has had the biggest calf we have ever had - a 50 kg heifer calf! The birth went easy and quick and Gerda is doing well.
